Injection Molding Machine
The large blue and white machines lined up on the left side. These are used to melt plastic pellets and inject them into molds to create the actual toy parts.
Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine
Utilizes high-frequency mechanical vibrations to generate friction heat at the joint surface, melting and fusing plastic workpieces without glue or screws. Ideal for precise assembly of toy housings, electronic components, and plush attachments — offering an efficient, clean, and high-strength bonding solution.
Pad Printing Machine
A specialized industrial printing device that transfers ink from an etched plate onto irregular, curved, or small surfaces using a silicone pad. Commonly applied in toy manufacturing for decorating plastic parts with logos, facial features, or fine details.
Radial Drilling Machine
A heavy-duty machine tool with a movable arm that allows the drill head to be positioned over a large work area, commonly used for drilling, tapping, and reaming holes in large or heavy metal components like molds.
Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM)
Shapes hard metals by eroding material through controlled electrical discharges between an electrode and the workpiece. Essential for machining complex cavities, narrow slots, and deep holes in hardened steel or carbide — a core tool in precision mold making.
Plastic Mold Base (Mold Frame)
The structural ‘skeleton’ of an injection mold, securing the core/cavity inserts, connecting to the injection machine, guiding mold opening/closing, and ejecting the finished product. These rectangular steel blocks, seen with machined holes and color markings, are stored ready for assembly or future use. Available in various sizes (small to large), they are fabricated from mold steels like P20 or S50C with precision-ground surfaces to ensure dimensional accuracy.
