It uses a LED-based projector with six interchangeable discs. The images project onto the drawing surface in a clear, high-contrast outline that children can easily trace.
The desk includes a few sheets of starter paper, but you will need to supply additional drawing paper and non-permanent markers or crayons. Standard A4 or letter-sized paper fits perfectly.
Sensors beneath the drawing surface detect the motion of the included stylus or a marker cap as it moves, triggering encouraging phrases and sounds. It does not capture the actual drawn image but registers the activity.
